• Content generation without storing your prompts or data
• Subscription management through app stores via RevenueCat
• No user accounts or personal data storage required

4. No User Accounts

CreateMore operates without requiring user registration or sign-in. We do not maintain user accounts, store personal information in databases, or require you to provide identifying information to use the app's core features.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Services to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Generate content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
• Create misleading, false, or deceptive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights of third parties

You retain ownership of content you input. Your prompts are sent to Anthropic's API for processing but are not stored by us.

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all Generated Content before use.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreateMore, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

Since we do not maintain user accounts, termination primarily affects your ability to use the app. We may suspend access to our services if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• No personal data deletion is required as we don't store user data
• Subscription charges handled by app stores remain subject to their policies
• Relevant provisions will survive termination

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution
