CreateMore ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to privacy by design. We do not require users to create an account or sign in to use the app. Subscriptions are handled through the app stores and managed via RevenueCat. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we process and why.

We value your privacy. This app does not sell or share personal data with advertisers or third parties for tracking purposes.

  • Purchases & Subscriptions: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase history and identifiers as required by Apple to provide subscription functionality.
  • User Content: When you use features of the app, the text you enter may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic may retain this data for a limited period as described in their privacy policy.
  • Identifiers: Limited identifiers (such as device or app-specific IDs) may be processed by RevenueCat to manage subscriptions.
  • We do not collect contact information, location data, or sensitive personal information.
  • We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across apps.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 No Account Information

We do not require sign-in and do not collect or store usernames, emails, or passwords.

3.2 Subscription Information

To verify and manage your subscription, we receive purchase receipts and subscription status information from the app stores through RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.

3.3 AI Requests

When you ask the app to generate or transform content, the text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to process your request. We do not store this prompt content on our own servers.

3.4 Support Communications

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide core app functionality and generate responses to your requests
  • Verify and manage subscriptions via RevenueCat
  • Respond to support inquiries and maintain the service
  • Comply with legal obligations

5. AI Processing (Anthropic)

  • Your prompts are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate outputs

  • Subscription metadata is retained as needed to operate the service
  • AI prompts are processed transiently and are not stored by us
  • Support emails are retained as needed to resolve issues and for legal obligations
